Our founder Adam Hjermstad started off as home cook for friends and family doing bbqs and family meals. After much praise on his food and pressure from his wife and friends, he decided to enter a chili cook off. During the competition he said to himself, “If I make it into top 7, I’ll think about opening a food truck.” Well, he ended up winning 1st place for the people’s choice best green chili and he knew what he needed to do. Motivated by his passion for food and his love of satisfying peoples hunger with his special recipes, he built a food truck piece by piece for 9 months and now owns and operates it with a small team of talented cooks, offering catering, special events, festivals, breweries/distilleries and more!
